Magic truffle therapy at Goede Tijden Slechte tijden (GTST)

During episode 6405 of Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden, Ludo Sanders' therapist advises magic truffle therapy to. This is also sometimes called guided tripping called or trip therapy. To our taste, this is done in a way that is too coercive. Here with trip therapy, we recommend doing it only out of complete personal consideration. Knowing that someone is doing it out of their own consideration helps in allowing the effect of the psilocybin/psilocin from the truffles.

Ongoing guided trip?

At the end of the episode, you see Ludo Sanders tripping while walking during his psychedelic session. In almost all truffle therapy sessions, it is not the intention that people walk around under the influence, as that would draw too much attention outside. During the peak of such a session, the idea is to lie down with one's eyes closed and let oneself be guided by the music and smells with the occasional question.

Dosage and preparation

Perhaps we are too early to comment and we will see more of how we think such a session should go in the next episodes. Furthermore, we have also seen nothing about what dosage is used and what exra preparation was done. Clients who register with us for a guided truffle ceremony receive advice based on the intake. We also give advice regarding the dosage since there is a big difference between the dosages.

Magic truffles and psychedelics is not for everyone

In the presence of some (mental) disorders, it is better not to use psychedelics. For example, schizophrenia, borderline and severe blood and/or heart conditions are contraindications. After completing the intake, we can assess whether you can participate in a magic truffle session.
